Born and raised in India, Amrita soaked the elegance and beauty of the Indian culture and possesses a very fine taste in western couture. Having studied at Parsons, New York, a prestigious fashion schools of all time she acquired a very good understanding of garment construction and couture embroidery, and its where she entered a world she was comfortable in. Having had this life changing experience, Amrita returned to India where she worked side by side with real time craftsmen in which she received first-hand experience with fabrics, textiles, embroidery, prints and cuts.
